The HY 10 terminal’s housing and base are both made of stainless steel. All the HY10 connectors are fed through glands which along with water and dust proof housing guarantee high IP rating, i.e. IP68/69.
2-point terminal-base fixing system allows you to freely tilt your LCD. Option of tilt angle adjustment improves ergonomics of use and optimises indication visibility. The terminal’s mounting bracket allows you to fix your terminal firmly at the workstation. Installed rubber feet have non-slip function plus they absorb shocks. In order to permanently mount the terminal to a worktop or a wall just remove the feet and use feet-intended openings.
Large, 10.1” backlit colour display guarantees easy-to-read information even in low light conditions. The indication can be read from a considerable distance, which increases your mobility. High resolution (1024x600) means high display readability providing crisper digits, symbols etc. Now you will not suffer from eye strain. The higher the resolution the less affected your eyesight is, not to mention greater comfort. The touchscreen stands for ease of operation, simply trust your intuition and start to operate the device. Now accessories such as mouse or keyboard are needless. Additional numeric keys and soft buttons provide maximum functionality.
PUE HY10 terminal offers screen layout customization. You can display only those components that you find indispensable for your work. You can make decision not only on what to add to your screen but also on the size of particular component. Self-designed screen layout makes your work easier and now the weighing operation is no longer a time-consuming process.
Labelling function, implemented into firmware, enables marking products with weight labels. This makes product identification fast and easy.
Using ‘Label Editor’, a dedicated software, you can design label which upon being sent to the scale is available for the operator in labels database. The label can provide data such as date, batch number, mass, pictogram, Ean-13 code with weight value and product code.
Labelling enables:
making Label Database in a terminal;
assigning either a customized label to a particular product or a common label to a group of products;
printing C labels (pallet) and CC labels (containers) providing total weight and quantity;
automatically triggered printout of c labels.
Standard terminal supports one load cell platform. With application of one internal and few external modules you can support up to 6 platforms maximum.
The selection is wide as you can connect load cell platforms, electromagnetic ones (HRP) and also laboratory balances (AS, PS, etc.) operating as a platform
Products Database stores product-related data. While adding a product to a database enter its name and assign it with an ID code, min and max threshold values, tare, label. Information on a selected product, i.e. product that is to be subjected to a particular process, is displayed in a weighing record. There you shall find the product name and other data such as weight value, date, etc.
OPERATORS Database
Operators Database stores user-related data such as name, passwords, access levels. Information on a selected operator is displayed in a weighing record.
CUSTOMERS Database
Customers Database stores customer-related data such as name, address, Tax ID number etc. Information on a selected customer is displayed in a weighing record.
DOSING PROCESSES Database
Dosing Processes Database stores dosing process-related data. While designing the dosing process provide its name, ingredients that are to be dosed and their values. The database offers you numerous useful functions, e.g. timers, weight conditions and more.
FORMULATION Database
Formulation Database stores formulation-related data such as name, ingredients, ingredient values and tolerance thresholds. The database allows you to specify whether a particular formulation is to be divided into portions or not.
VEHICLES Database
Vehicles Database stores vehicle-related data. The vehicle record provides name of a vehicle used for weighing transaction performance along with data such as ID code, tare, RFID card number.
TRACEABILITY PROCESSES Database
Traceability Processes database stores user-created operation algorithms which are next applied in the course of weighing. While adding a record to the database it is necessary to provide traceability process name and to design the process steps that are to be carried out in a specified order upon the process launching. The traceability process can be assigned to a user and a product or it can be selected form a list.
PACKAGES Database
Packages Database stores package-related data such as name and tare. When you select a particular package prior weighing operation then the tare assigned to it is set automatically. Information on a selected package is displayed in a weighing record.
WAREHOUSES Database
Warehouses Database stores user-added warehouses names. Prior weighing operation start it is possible to define a source warehouse and a target warehouse for a particular product. Information on a selected source and target warehouse is displayed in a weighing record.
LABELS Database
Labels Database stores label templates imported from Label Editor software. Database-stored label can be assigned to a product or a customer.
UNIVERSAL VARIABLES Database
Universal Variables Database stores user-defined variables, e.g. Record Number. The variables can be assigned with particular values. Three of the variables are saved with the weighing record.
EXTRA VARIABLES Database
Extra Variables Database stores non-standard additional variables that can be freely named, the variables are added to provide some extra information which is displayed in the weighing record.
IMAGES Database
Images Database stores pictograms that can be assigned to a particular product. Pictograms present the product in a graphic form which facilitates its selection out of database-stored products.
ALIBI MEMORY
Alibi memory provides security when it comes to storing weighing records thus an unauthorized access is prevented. Referring to stored weighings you can generate weighing reports, formulation reports and reports on performed control processes. Single weighing is stored in the ALIBI memory as long as it is specified by a Weighing Storage Period (days) parameter.
